Holy crap Umberger just got knocked into next week

Post by guiner »

Coming out of his zone, he got leveled at was out before he hit the ice. Campbell of buffalo totally knocked him out with a brutal but legal hit right after Umberger received a pass up ice and as he looked forward.

just watched it a few more times, that had to be one of the most brutal but clean checks I have ever seen in 30 years

I'm pretty sure he died for at least a few seconds. That was a beautiful hit. Terrible pass though, talk about your "buddy pass"

The Flyers immediately tried to fight Campbell of course, because you aren't allowed to hit anyone clean.

I'm surprised he didn't get knocked out. That was about as hard as you can get hit.

He's not going to skate with his head down anymore.

That is a textbook clean hit. The puck was right there, Campbell did not get his elbow or anything up at all. It was actually a great hit, despite the fact that Umberger has got to have a concussion.

That hit was great for this series. It's only going to get better from now on.

I absolutely watching the Flyers in the postseason.

Every year they play tough, long, exciting series.

There are always big hits, big goals, and lots of OT.

And the best part, they always lose. Gotta love it.

Scroll down and click on the Free button towards the bottom of the first page...a 2nd page will appear, that will say wait 30 seconds( or some number) while your download is being prepared...yadda yadda..

Wait for it to hit zero, you gotta put in a code that appears on the page, and then the download pops up.

That was absolutely brutal. And it means this series has the potential to get very, very ugly. Should be entertaining.

And what's up with Esche looking like Roy out there?

It's crap. If one of your guys gets drilled like that, then you SHOULD answer back by throwing a clean hit back. I HATE seeing a fight started because someone is mad their own teammate got caught with his head down.

He's waiting for the right moment to collapse. Don't worry, it happens every year, and I see no reason why it would be any different this time around.
