Great game and the ralley was decent too. Free donuts and coco was a nice touch. I thought Fleury was off his game, he seemed slow to react but he was there for a couple of great saves. I would have liked to have seen the gates opening coincide with the ralley ending instead of making us stand out there like idiots.
Jackman played well, I had the best seat in the house for his goal and his almost unbeleiveable game winner. Nobody can convince me that he is more of a liability then Melichar, Cross, or Cairns anymore then they could Poapst or Tarnstrom.
Crosby is ALWAYS your #1 or #2 shooter ALWAYS. This isnt even debateable. CROSBY #1 or #2 the end.
Colby needs to open his eyes to more passing options and Malone should not be running PP2 he should be in front of the net causing trouble.
Anybody got anything to add or subtract post in this thread if you please.

The rally today made me proud to be a fan of the Pens. Great turnout in really crappy weather. Steady downpour for most of the time and no one moved a muscle...just a great thing to see/be at.
The game was good too...back and forth. Key was Special teams for both the Pens and Islanders...
I had a great time and I was at the Igloo since about 11:20 this morning...

I couldn't make it to this one, I just got off crutches and out of my brace from my hip surgery, so I'm still recovering, and must take it easy. I'll definitely be at the next one though. I'll bring a sign, and I'll yell against Rendell, cause he does suck. Maybe I should send him another letter, I've already sent one.

Damn it! I so regret not bringing my video camera, otherwise I would have Errey's chant posted on this board. Before this whole slots issue I was a diehard Democrat, but now, after what I am seeing from our politicians, I consider myself an independent.ushockeyteam1980 wrote:I couldn't make it to this one, I just got off crutches and out of my brace from my hip surgery, so I'm still recovering, and must take it easy. Actually, KDKA did give some attention to this event. It's disappointing to see only one channel, KDKA, give some attention to this whole rally. The other two local channels had their talk dominated by the Superbowl.Jamie wrote:Where is KDKA in all of this. You would think they would have given it a little press. I see nothing on their website about it, nor did I see anything about it on the newscast.

Is there any video online?
Go to pittsburghpenguins.com , there is video of the pre-rally there.
