With the Pens Out Of It...
Who are you rooting for in each conference?
Myself, I like Buffalo in the East and Nashville in the West. Both are examples of teams that the Pens hould emulate. They are young. They are fast. They play as teams, with few individual stars. I would love to see the finals be between these two teams.

I will be puling for Ottawa, as I have been for a few years now once the Pens have been eliminated. I love the way they built there team from the draft, plus key acquisitions here & there which put then in contention for the cup every year. Look at who they have drafted over the last 10 years:
Chris Phillips, Alfredsson, Fisher, Spezza, Hossa, Eaves, Havlat, etc
Then the acquisitions - Chara, Heatley, Varada, etc.
I believe they have a formula the Pens can follow as well, starting with Fleury, Crosby, Whitney, Orpik, Malkin, and maybe Kessel.
As for the west, I've always been an Oilers fan since the greatest team ever assembled (84-85 Oilers) won the cup.
