Shaving....

Post by no name »

OK i went to the gym to get a real heavy workout and as i was in the gym i seen a guy i have seen there befor. One of the bigger guys (strenght) in the gym you can't miss him. Something was different, the dude shaved his legs, so i can only assume he shaved his chest also. Is that in or something??? Am i missing something here. DO women like that?? Ask your girlfriends and wives does a shaved body on a guy matter?? As i looked around the gym another and another it was just something. I knew male models did that but regular guys.

It could be an erroneous assumption that he is interested in what the women like.

wtf is it with people shaving everything all the time. Is everyone trying to pretend they are 12 years old or what? People, when you grow up your body grows hair. It's supposed to be there. Get over it.

I lived with or knew a couple of real meat buckets in college...typical like frat boy, gym rat, kong donkeys...not uncommon for them to shave their entire torso (chest, stomach and arms) on a weekly basis...can't speak for legs. Don't want to either...

I shave my chest and around my shoulders. I hate chest hair and those random black hairs I get on my shoulders. That guy is likely a body builder, nobody else would shave their legs. My most recent girlfriend preferred a shaved chest.

My girlfriend suggested I shave my chest. She likes my beard, but my chest hair kinda sucks. It's not super thick, just kind of an odd pattern. It's been referred to as the "inverted bat". Coincidentally we started discussing it due to me getting more muscular since I've been working out a lot lately.

My sisters and wife all said the natural look is way better. My legs are hairy but i could never see myself taking the time to shave them. My chest and back are not hairy at all, so really no need to shave there.

If I didn't have a girlfriend, I would probably do it out of boredom and dislike of body hair.

I can't wait until my shoulder hair grows long enough that it comes out below my t-shirt sleeves.

I shave my chest to show off the fact that I have solid abs and chest. But I only do it for when I go to the water park or beach, otherwise I don't mess with it much.

I'm w rylan. I have a decent slim look so when I'm out in a public no shirt setting, the hair has to go. Leg hair on the other hand should not be shaved my men, that is just weird.

The one that just grosses me out beyond all belief is armpit hair. One, it's just nasty, and two it makes you smell worse as the day goes on because the sweat just sits there in the hair. Gross x300.

I don't think you can say shaving chest hair is OK but shaving leg hair is unmanly. Both are for vanity and therefore inherently unmanly.

The only shaving that I feel is a must is just south of the border. And we're not talking Bic, just a nice trimmer on the #2 or 3 setting.

Vanity is unmanly. Guess I should stop caring about how I look because I'm a guy?
