Telling your GM to "stop lying" is a response you don't normally hear.
It was interesting the GM comments came at a meeting with 350 season ticket holders. Meeting w/season ticket holders?? That's a new one. A town hall. I wonder id they had a waiting list for the meeting. Pay your 200 bucks and you're in.

Based on looking at the surface, i would side with thornton here. Seems to me the sharks shuffling of Cs last half many years has been an attempt to scapegoat the playoff embarrassments. Definitely with marleau then with thornton.

It's hard for me to believe what Wilson said was innocent. He surely knows better than that. It was a shot at Joe. Perhaps to encourage him to waive his NMC this summer or to fire up the team. Who knows.
