Strange, but decent article. If this passes you could potentially see a lot of players who get hit hard, go ballistic, and then blame the concussion.

Very interesting read, thanks for the link.
Assuming all of the doctors quoted in the article believe what they're saying, and that there are at least elements of truth on both sides, it's hard to guess how it'll turn out.
I've only had one serious concussion but it didn't make me want to hit anyone. It made me want to get off the field.

Someone willing to hit an official like that is probably willing to lie and say the concussion was to blame. Given the fact there's been thousands of concussions with similar short-term symptoms, none of which involved violence on an official, I find it hard to believe his concussion excuse should hold up.
