Sorry if this is dumb but I was wondering how was Chris Pronger allowed to play in the celebrity game this past weekend? I understand it was not real hockey but if he is so injured he can't play and won't retire because of finances does this seem strange?
Thanks
Hopefully not a stupid question

Re: Hopefully not a stupid question
there's a big difference between playing in one celebrity game (that's basically non-checking despite the Bieber shot) and playing in an entire NHL season.
I had the same question though when he played in the Blues Alumni game a few weeks ago.
in the end we all know there's a loophole with his LTIR situation and it's up to the NHL to close it if they haven't already.
