I like it alot
This message board is the way to go. Its so much more tidy. I have posted in the forums under different names but I have been coming to LGP for 5 years, its time for an update. What really got annoying to me about the other boards is the threads that get really long... you get tired of scrolling down the whole page, and then topics were hard to find if they didnt have 10 replies in them. But I like it, this way you should be able to have some moderators and take off alot of the burden. But as you probably know, the phpBB boards aren't the most secure in the world, either. Just my 2 cents.

Why take the fun away? It is so much more convienient to be able to post pictures instead of links everywhere. Allowing them will not result in having 10 pictures in every thread, if that is what your worried about. I wouldnt allow pictures in signatures though, because that will result in everyone having the same picture in every post they make, and that gets annoying.
I think pictures should stay, the moderators you have should be able to eliminate any problems that may arise.
*edit... allowing pictures and allowing them in signatures are two different settings, so you can change it so there are none in signatures. Allowing people to post pictures will not be the "dangerous" thing that you think it will be, will just make things more interesting.

We'll have to agree to disagree. Clicking on a link takes two seconds and doesn't slow down the board. This junk server will have enough difficulty handling this new script. (Yes, I'm planning on upgrading to a dedicated server once the funds are sorted out.)FallenHero96 wrote:Why take the fun away?
