Bemstrom scratched and if it’s because a hatty costs us a 3rd instead of the 6th then that’s a smart move.
Hoping for a Geno hatty for 500.

Liked to see Sid, Evgeni and Tanger with a great game.
Ned, you've been a bright spot for the fans. Thank you and we'd like to have you back.

So we are doing this?
I would have dressed Ludvig as a 7th defenseman and have him headhunt some Isles, but that's just me.

Best of luck to Carter as well. Could be his last game of a great career

I’m looking for a Ned goal with the Isles goalie still in the net!

I think there are more people in my house watching this game that at that barn.

Letang figured that playing the guy already covered was a better move than Nelson going full steam on his side.

I'm kinda glad all the drama was finished up last night. Perhaps I'm a bad fan, but I didn't have a lot of faith they'd win this one tonight. Needing to win to get in and then crapping the bed ala last year would have been more painful. At least for me.

Obvious they don't want to be playing this game.

I would like to take a moment and thank Big Jeff Carter for his time as a Pen. Many of us have given him a hard time but I don’t believe it’s ever been a question of effort. Congrats on a great career.

Has Ned said anything publicly about being interested in re-signing with the Pens?

Mears and Bourque seriously talking about Carter for the HOF. He barely makes the Hall of Very Good.

Not that I have seen. You have to think he has earned himself a large raise with some term. Most likely outside of here.

Well he and Richards were great with Philly. I remember sweating bullets playing the flyers in the playoffs against them. Then went to LA and helped win it. I don’t know. I think I probably am a yes vote.DelPen wrote: Wed Apr 17, 2024 7:37 pmMears and Bourque seriously talking about Carter for the HOF. He barely makes the Hall of Very Good.

Rakell is scoring. Smith is hitting and playing with a pulse. What is going on?

Decent career but IMHO not in the HOF Conversation. He was solid in his stint in LA as a complimentary player after some big Offensive Years early in Philly.DelPen wrote: Wed Apr 17, 2024 7:37 pmMears and Bourque seriously talking about Carter for the HOF. He barely makes the Hall of Very Good.
