If we lose this game mine as well just leave them in SJ.
Although that’s a rough lineup we are icing these days. Hopefully Imama gets into a fight or something.

The radio guy is going to put me to sleep. Reminds me of the guy with Bob Ueker in Major League.

If Pickering HAD to be sent down on Saturday because they had to clear a roster spot at once then fine but it’s been two days since and they could had put Shea and Graves on waivers to call him and St. Ivany back up.

Pretty choppy game so far. Lots of poor play from both teams.

Well one team is a joke and garbage on the ice and is a dead franchise. And then San Jose is in a rebuild.IntangibleBeer wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 10:48 pmPretty choppy game so far. Lots of poor play from both teams.

No reason to have Pickering stay down at WBS.DelPen wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 10:47 pmIf Pickering HAD to be sent down on Saturday because they had to clear a roster spot at once then fine but it’s been two days since and they could had put Shea and Graves on waivers to call him and St. Ivany back up.
Agree on the St.Ivany point as well.At this point they both need to be playing every night with the Pens.

I’m having flashbacks to 1986.

This has the feel of a pre season game.
Zero emotion, physicality.

A ton of great chances for Pens in first 10 mins. and nothing to show for it. PP looked great.

True, but aside from him, those teams were DREADFUL. It was Mario and the 20 stuffs.DelPen wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 10:53 pmIntangibleBeer wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 10:51 pmDelPen wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 10:49 pmWell one team is a joke and garbage on the ice and is a dead franchise. Totally garbage penalty call. Hayes was playing the puck and the guy tripped over him from behind.

Me: So you’re a Penguins fan?
Random dude: Yeah.
Me: Sure, but did you watch the Penguins Sharks game on January 27-28th 2025 in its entirety?
Random dude: Hell nah.
