I blame this on the death of the original Shaft actor, Richard Roundtree. Among other useful life lessons, he knew the answer to the question “can you dig it?”

Site's new datacenter was knocked offline for ~12 hours earlier this week when a utility company subcontractor managed to cut through a fiber optic line...
