I've never posted in this thread yet but felt i needed to say this

Unless I read wrong it seemed for a while that it was actually in question that "Crosby Skates' rivals this thread. I dont think thats the case

There was a guy who called Tim Benz saying we should trade Crosby for Recchi and Thomas.

That's freakin' stupid. No way Boston wants another concussion prone center.

I'm starting to think alot of people who call Tim Benz are asked to by Tim Benz. Esp a month or so ago he had this huge rant on how all their calls are real and couldn't possibly make this stuff up.

I've called him from time to time, but he is not as good at holding a convo as he used to be. He wants to be Madden too much.

The Rug did say that if Boston wins, he's done.

This makes me torn between wanting him to win or having him back for another year and keeping this thread open.

The thread would simply move to NHR via carrier piegon, and come back her should Racchi or his rug take a coaching job :thumb:

Hard to believe this thread is just a month shy of being 4 years old. Since this thread was created, somebody has gone to and graduated from college.

Perhaps the most incredible part of this is not so much Recchi winning his third and final Cup at 43, but the fact that he played a crucial and important role throughout the playoffs, especially in the SCF. His playoff performance would have been great if he was 25, but at 43, it's just remarkable.
