Police identified the Daugava found a young identity. Law enforcers confirm that fatality is a hockey player Christian Pelšs.

State Police Riga Region Department informed that the relatives of the dead body of inspections confirmed that it is Pelšs.

“After the deceased was able to pull out of the water, our staff did everything possible to see that person’s identity. We have now found a young personality, and we have shown that the relatives of the dead body of his views,” inform the State Police.

“We express our deepest condolences to the relatives.”

I guess add Dallas Stars prospect Scott Winkler to that list as well. Just graduated Colorado College a month ago, dead in Norway. Same day as Pelss. Very, very sad. I've followed Winkler's career since he was back in Midget with, IIRC, Russell Stover...

WTF? I had absolutely no idea he was even sick. I love his books, they are great as long as you approach them like the 24 series. No more Mitch Rapp :(
