Last night Vegas woke up while the Stars went to sleep. A reversal of their game 1. Lehner got another shutout. During the post game interview Pacioretty said something to the fact that the Stars now know how Vegas felt after the first game. This should make for an interesting game 3 for them.

Now on to tonight's game. If NY can stop the bleed they had in game one it should be an entertaining game too.

Andrew Ladd gets a sweater for tonight’s game. Seems a little risky being that he’s only played 4 games this season.

Olesiak just scored on a breakaway against Vegas. All the Knights were caught in the Stars' end and Martinez had nothing in the tank to pursue much.

Younger..faster? The Dallas Stars said hold my Geritol and dispatched Vegas out of the bubble. Stars are more than just great goaltending and stifling defense. Knights have some problems with being able to handle any adversity when their opponents don't fold under heavy pressure. Seems the problem isn't who the HC is or who is in goal but a real lack of leadership.

Well that made me vomit. Flyers scoring 2 goals to tie in last couple minutes. Never did like the Canucks.

Edit: At least the Flyers only got 1 point.

The sound quality on these ESPN broadcasts are horrible.

The skates sound like they’re echoing.

Shoddy. Let’s go!

NHL fined the Blackhawks 2 million for their cover up and allowing Brad Aldrich to move forward to another position with young players. Bowman out of USA hockey and hawks. Florida Coach is up next:
Erin Brown
@rinkside54m#FlaPanthers statement: “Commissioner Gary Bettman has indicated that he will be meeting with Joel Quenneville to discuss the events highlighted in the Jenner & Block October 2021 report. Accordingly, we have no comment.”
Get them all!

Blackhawks sexual abuse was the reason I hoped Fleury would be elsewhere. Not the team to leave a career.

It will be interesting to see how much further this all goes. I still think the fine was a slap on the wrist and the punishment could've/should've been more severe given the findings.

Just watched Florida win their seventh game. Won first seven with at least 4 goals in every game. Very impressive. Horny still looking like Horny. I miss him.

Carolina finally lost one. Florida now the only team without a regulation loss.

The Ottawa Senators' next three games have been postponed as a result of 10 players currently in NHL COVID-19 protocol and "evidence of continued spread in recent days," the NHL announced Monday.

Really weird since Canada is very strict with Covid stuff. I'm guessing the whole team is vaxed and hope no one develops bad symptoms. Also hope Pens don't get any more positives from their recent contact with them.

How much more perfect could it be scripted than the 1-7-1 on the road Kraken being the first to beat the 11-0 at home Panthers?

Florida home against the Caps. Two of the better teams in the league. Literally looks half empty in the arena.

It was a wild game too with FL surging with a fantastic 3rd period and getting the win with about 15 secs left. The non-fans missed a really entertaining one by the home team tonight.

That was great to watch. The Caps were totally dominated in the third period while being outshot 27-2. And it sure is fun watching Horny play again with that intensity.

Watching Flyers and Rangers and saw Goodrow take a horrible shot to what looked like the right eye. Completely shattered his face shield. Sure hope he is OK. Looked pretty bad.

Flyers got lit up against Tampa. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Fletcher make some moves either behind the bench or trades.

Not sure what Fletcher has ever done to be President and GM of a team.

Yeah saw that. Flyers losing eight in a row is nice for me to see. I can only imagine what the Flyer forums are like now.

Some chatter that Tocchet could be behind the Flyers bench sooner than later.

Just watched Flyers come from behind and win in overtime. Maybe Yeo is making a difference. Flyers won 4 of their last 5 and got 9 points.
