Pretty much happens every season. Sure happened to us in 1993.

Panthers, 2022 regular season champions! They should hang a banner for that.

We can only hope they take care of business in game 7. Always a risky proposition to let it come to that.

Doesn’t matter, whoever wins this is getting rolled by Tampa.

They'd have home ice vs. TB but they'd also be starting the series on Wednesday, continuing the every other day game schedule and they have to be getting worn down.

Did the Canes have zero injuries and zero COVID issues all year so they didn’t have any interruptions during the regular season to win the division because they look ordinary. Unless Andersen was really, really good and they were riding him to a bunch of 2-1 wins all year.

Fixed it. This feels like 2014 where we had the Rangers beaten up 3-1 and then choked. And then they had a gift if a conference finals against Montreal and then couldn’t beat the Kings. That failure was enough to force major management and coaching changes. But I don’t see that happening yet.

But Carolina, this is bad. Not Toronto bad but still bad.

Trouba doesn't target the body of the player the clear intent is to go after the players head. The NHL is a joke

Even if that hit us legal under the current rules, change the **** rules. Matt Cooke made legal hits. And they caused injuries. And they changed the rules. This garbage that Trouba has been doing these playoffs needs taken out of the game but Wilson has been doing this garbage too for near a decade with barely any repercussions.

Hits to cause injury need to go and that’s what these are. And even if they aren’t long term the recipient has to leave the game for concussion protocol even though they may be fine. The NFL has the same problem when WR’s are taken out on cheap shots that aren’t penalties because they don’t catch a ball like the DB who already lowered his head to blast the guy even knows if the ball is in the receivers hands or not.

Ray Ferraro can go **** himself. Lingren had the puck on his stick and turned into the hit. Cleaner than the garbage Trouba has been doing by a **** mile.

I have no idea what Ferraro was watching there when he said the puck was nowhere around Lindgren. Seriously?

Way too many games in a row for Raanta to start and stay healthy. Canes are pretty much done now. Koochie is a 3rd stringer and not so good.

And just like that 3-0.

And the third stringer gives up a stinker.

So the only chance the Rags will have to to crash Vasilivskiy to take him out and then have Trouba and Lindgren take out Stamkos and Kucherov. So the series will be a toss up because that’s what they will try to do no doubt.

Carolina needs to recognize that this is the NHL and get with the program. You want to win? Knock the other team's best players out cold and out of the game. First up: Shesterkin. Elbow to the head. If you can't beat em, join em.
