Pens had the chances early but again no one can finish.
PP had a better look with Puustinen out there.
Pettersson with a terrible decision to vacate his side.He has been playing inconsistent for a while.
Tough to get a 2nd Line Going with White as the RW.
Habs were getting better looks as the period went on.The Goal got them going after they were doing very little.

Why does Harkins keep getting a sweater? He's the new Craig Adams

Funny how the Canadiens are 2 points behind us but they are thought of as a rebuilding team while we fashion to be a playoff team/contender.

One of he most mind boggling decisions this season, lets call up a vet guy from AHL and put him on 2nd line RW..even if he never was a top 6 guy and goalscorer lol.. gtfo Sully!?

White should be 4th liner.. Play Puustinen or Rakell there with Geno for god sake OR Acciari if we need to mix it up.. Acciari will at least bring some spark there.

And Sully was talking about White like he was the next Kevin Stevens before the game last night.

They mistakenly felt Matheson(and John Marino) was a weak link when they lost to the Rangers.Petry had a good playoff series in the CoVid year against them and some decent games in the past.Just a bad move that wasn't necessary.

Signing dudes that did good “in the past” instead of developing new talent. It has been the demise of the organization since the back to back.

If they lose this game, Dubas has to really think about a coaching change. What does he have to lose ? It’s your last gasp to determine if you’re selling at the deadline.

New coaching staff, recall Poulin, sign Puljujarvi. Send down White and Harkins.

He is lying to himself heh..

After this game would be best to fire coaching staff and get new guys in...all star break would give them some time for getting know each other and system

Puustinen is one of the select few that has a shot first mentality. Good to see.

If we had the actual depth where Rakell-Eller-Puustinen was the third line I’d be happy. But they are playing better than most of the guys currently in the top 6 so I’m now mad again.

I am watching the CBC feed. Their announcers don’t like our chances of making the playoffs, either.
