Pens have to lead the league with least amount of offensive zone possession time on the power play. All they do is lose possession and go back into their zone.

I would say there better be an explanation of what happened there twice but this is the NHL so there won’t be.

Maybe the person setting off the horn is registering their displeasure with the Pens PP and overall performance.
