Not a good Period, too many giveaways and bad decisions.
Carter had a couple of their only chances, just missed after a good forecheck.DOC with good energy.Smith a non factor.
Jarry with a strong Period, bailed them out a few times.
So many different faces up front, just no chemistry from these guys.
Will have to be ready for the Kings to forecheck and grind going forward.Manage the puck and good breakouts are a must.

That’s an iffy call but that’s all they have been calling so I guess it’s fine.

No screen in front at all and the usual perimeter passing on the PP.

Jagr was half right, great talent can defer to other great talent. But they are set up all wrong and it takes a good coach to tell them to strop and be selfish sometimes. That’s not happening.

Phillips has to be the smallest guy to ever suit up in Pens history.
Sully just wants no part of Puustinen playing at all.

This team had guys like Hans Jonsson and Steve McKenna who put this PP to shame.
No accountability for its failure from the coaches and the way they continue to take it out there after clearly practicing it the exact same manner.

A routine keep at the point by Ryan Graves ends up with pressure in our end. Rather have Jack Johnson right now than him.

Stan Jonathan was also 5'-8". Played 19 games for the Pens in 1982/83. Gary Rissling had them both by an inch at 5'-9". This all assuming that the guy taking the height measurements wasn't lying for any of them.

Graves turning it over, pinching and getting beat while trying to protect a lead.
Night in,night out the guy is a liability.

With all the good times and positive things this last few days this is how Sullivan has his team show up. What will it take to get this guy gone?
