I think Sully's strategy in OT is everyone freelance and hope for the best.

Rakell getting 11 minutes on the 3rd line. Everyone and their mother knows that Rakell is at his best with Sid and basically useless on another line, let alone a 3rd line playing 11 minutes.

There’s also the whole thing with Rust playing best with Malkin too. But Sullivan is smart and me stupid.
