Very decent start! :thumb:
Easy turbo! Talk to me midway thru the 3rd with a two goal lead.....
Wait a minute, now! What are you trying to say? :P

That the Penguins choke? Can’t hold a lead? :P
Sorry, make that a 3 goal lead midway thru the third.

I swear a quarter of Carters ice time is because he gets trapped in the defensive zone.

So Crosby ties PPG record with Gretzky, 3 assists from 1000 and 6 points from tying Esposito for 10th all time.

Krieder has been a Punk his entire career. The NY Media have pumped his story up along with overrating Lafrieniere and Kakko as well.
If one thing can happen these Playoffs that can occur it should be to watch that team fall on its face.

It's a shame. Besides the blowout losses to Edmonton and Toronto they seem to play reasonably well against the "good" teams. 3 or 4 games of holding a 3rd period lead, an even anemic PP and not losing to Chicago etc and they'd be right in the mix.

I hold out hope that Sullivan will use his speediest lineup tomorrow , but there’s a greater chance of making the playoffs than that happening.

Pens actually with a decent 3rd Period Defensive Effort.Looked like they were ready to defend a High Scoring Rags group.
Ned was terrific.Almost stopped 1 of the Goals and wasn't at fault on the breakdown on the other.Never looked rattled.
Sid was brilliant.Skill,Intensity,Focus.Dominated this Game.Just an Honor to watch His continued excellence.
Rust was outstanding.Huge factor all night.Puustinen and DOC were strong as well.
Credit to Pettersson for his 3rd Period Defensive Play.Shot blocks, sound positionally,Best performance from him in a while.

Even with it hurting the Pens chance at athe Top 10 Draft Pick it still felt good to go into MSG and beat the Rags.
As usual the Failed PP did its thing, the Coach made poor personnel and in game decisions and there wasn't a good effort from a few guys, specifically Malkin.
Sid gave us another Memorable Game.Good Feeling from that.
