What is “players with only one goal assisted by Sidney Crosby”?
Zolnierczyk, Skoula, Stempniak, Hossa, and Lemieux

Hossa and Lemieux really, really surprise me! We all thought Hossa and Crosby were bread and butter! And Mario with a full season playing with Crosby?

DT made the list!
Sid assisting Satan
Malone in at #11. I thought Ryan was perfect for Sid.
We've seen all this before; elite and generational talent, but Sid? He got something extra going.

I'm at least happy that Craig Adams made the list. So is Bylsma. Even better, he's tied with Mario.

Or, who are five people who have never been in my kitchen?

The only season that Lemieux and Crosby played together was 05-06 and Mario retired after playing 26 games that season. So while I would have thought there would have been more than one assist, I wouldn't have expected a whole lot more since Mario only had 7 goals in those 26 games.

Thanks. I thought there was more to that story. Couldn't remember the details and was too lazy to look it up!pens_CT wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 1:20 pmThe only season that Lemieux and Crosby played together was 05-06 and Mario retired after playing 26 games that season. As for Hossa, it's very easy to forget that he played a whopping total of *12* regular season games in a Pens uniform.
Crosby actually assisted on 33.3% of all regular season goals Hossa scored as a Penguin.

Anyone pining for Sprong... half his total goals were assisted by Crosby.

He's on his 5th team already. He did have 21 goals with Seattle last year. The best season of his career.Puck-Lurker wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 1:50 pm Anyone pining for Sprong... half his total goals were assisted by Crosby.
