Oilers recall Pouliot from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins

I'm confused how do the Oilers get to recall a player from Wilkes-Barre? Do more than one NHL teams share AHL teams?

Pouliot is Edmonton's prospect. They do not have their own AHL affiliate right now and have their prospects split up between a bunch of other AHL squads.

Mikhnov, Deslauriers, and Schremp are all Edmonton property as well and I think there are a few more.
