I thought both shows' endings were a bit of a let down. VM groin shot to hart was just boring. Old nWo beating up Foley was just too corny. Thumbs down on both shows.

I haven't watched wrestling since I was in middle school. Bret Hart is and will always be my favorite wrestler. I'm looking forward to getting a couple ppv's.

The one thing about that is the reaction time. Do you really think Bret wouldn't have any time to react for the 64 year old McMahon's crotch shot (although he does move pretty quickly for his age). And then, instead of chasing him to the back in a fit of rage, he just stands there looking all forlorn? It's not like the guy employs you...chase him down!!

Yeah that awkward, awkward man hug was so awkward. I just wanted either the scene to be over or Michaels to give him the Sweet Chin Music. I was waiting for them to start ripping each other's clothes off.

The main event match in TNA last night between AJ Styles and Kurt Angle was by far the match of the night. I have seen AJ Styles wrestle a few times, but he was incredible last night and these two guys put on a heck of a show.

I'm just trying to figure whether or not this was planned 12 years ago.

Since they were bringing back old members of the NWO, I would have expected them to bring back Rick Rude and Curt Hennig.

Why'd they wait so long? Persons involved could have died by now. lol

I thought TNA did a fairly decent job. The first match, that cage match or whatever, was just terrible......even their fans dumped on it when it was over. Other than that I thought they picked it up. Their women's matches are infinitely better than WWE's, and the main event was fantastic. The old-nWo stuff I can do without.....they're just too old.

I thought Raw was a little bit of a letdown. The Bret Hart stuff was pretty good, but I was surprised he wasn't utilized a little more than he was. The rest of the show was average. Will be interested to see what the ratings for these shows were.

TNA may have swung me to keep watching for just a bit longer.

I would love to see "Wrestling Wars" made into a game, but I don't know if there are enough old WWF fans on here. PLENTY of material for writeups and such

One more thing I wanted to mention about last night.......did it bother anyone else that the TNA crowd was essentially a watered-down wannabe old-school ECW crowd?

i couldn't believe how quiet that crowd sounded...it looked like they were wrestling at the Jaffa Mosque or something (altoona reference)
