There is no reason Shelton Benjamin should be unemployed.

He's been treading water in WWE for years. They just never gave him anything to do. He'd actually fit in quite nicely in the X Division.

The wwe needs to develop divisions and reestablish the value of all of the titles. Have a raw champion and a smackdown champion and have the two champions face off at wrestlemania. Expand the cruiserweight, tag team divisions. Same thing with a US/intercontinental belt that is a "precursor" to the heavyweight title.

I think they just need 1 World Champ and 1 tag team champions. This every guy in the federation having a belt is ridiculous.

All they need to do is to make wrestlers care about the titles. We never get somebody setting their sights on the IC or US belt. The championship is always secondary in those matches, and rarely are they contested on PPV. In the past, feuds would be built on one guy wanting the belt, the other guy having the belt. It's an easy formula.

The tag division, at least right now, is a lost cause. That would take a longer build. Stop putting two random singles stars together and return to the days of teams with a theme. That's why I dig the Hart Dynasty right now. There's a reason they're together. It can be saved, it would just take some time. WWE realizes that singles stars are the money makers so they're not going to waste time with the tag division. They're not exactly thinking long term though. Would Bret Hart have been as big of a star as he was if he didn't spend so many years with the Hart Foundation? Same with Davey Boy Smith, Shawn Michaels, JBL, Scott Steiner, Booker T.

Extreme Rules spoiler:
Spoiler:
It's rumored that tonight is Batista's final match in WWE and he'll be departing this week. Apparently he's been threatening to leave since January, so who knows if this will actually happen.

I would love if Batista left. I can't stand that guy. Didn't purchase the PPV tonight, will read the results, but psyched for the draft tomorrow.

Normally, I go to a bar and watch the PPV's, but I didnt make it to this one. Was the PPV any good for those that watched it? I am definitely looking forward to the draft tonight, but I cannot watch it because I have to work, so post any news that you can and I will read it when I get home from work. Thanks!

It was a completely average if not below average PPV. Nothing really stood out at all.

Now the word is he may not be leaving as soon as they thought. His contract is either already up or will be at the end of the summer.

I didn't see the PPV but the only match that seems to be worth watching is the CM Punk/Mysterio match. Not very surprising.

HHH is probably going to be out for a while shooting a movie. That explains that whole angle last night.

Hopefully ShowMiz loses the titles to the Hart Dynasty tonight so the Miz can get back to singles action and maybe even defend that US Title he has.

Yeah, they're finally starting to use the Hart Dynasty the right way. I also really hope they win, especially since Tyson Kidd is on my fantasy WWE team

Good for the Hart Dynasty. Hopefully they can do something with the tag division now and Miz can get back to doing singles matches.

Is Ted Dibiase taking over his dad's schtick. If so, that's kinda cool.

Spoiler:
Absolutely. Not only is it smart to put the belts on the Hart Dynasty, but it also frees up the Miz. It also helped that they had a lot of time and put on a great match. It's amazing what a little time and hype from the announce team can do. If the announcers and wrestlers treat the belts as important, the crowd will too.
