Re: TV Shows
It's funny with true blood... When I saw the first commercials, I thought it would be another attempt to cash in on the vampire crazed teenage girl market(or the dagny market). I watched the first episode as a goof. Then I watched the 2nd... And the 3rd... Then I was hooked. Maybe the most entertaining show on tv right now.

I was 5 episodes behind, but I watched all over the last 3 days and yeah, the 2-hour finale was really great. All 5 were great. Man, this show couldn't be any better. I just love it so much.eddysnake wrote:oh yeah, I loved it. For some reason I thought last weeks was the finale and then i find out theres 1 more and it's 2 hours! I was happy, this season is very good. Shaw is such a good bad guyPensFanInDC wrote:Finale of Chuck was great IMO

I just read that they renewed it for 13 episodes next season. Awesome news. This is one of my favorite shows on the air right now.

Re: TV Shows
Wish I would have noticed this thread sooner... could have 'discovered' Castle a few months/weeks sooner than having seen the episode that re-aired (Boom!) after LOST's reair of the Pilot on Saturday.
And now that L&O has left the scene, that monday timeslot where Castle is is open to the DVR (CSI Miami still on the other one)...
And then there's new Leverage and Burn Notice coming our way. And maybe Caprica at some point, but man, what a letdown Caprica is after the BSG run.

Re: TV Shows
Watched the first two episodes of True Blood last night. It was decent. I know it's a little slow right now, but having read the books, I know what happens.
canaan was right though, there are some characters that are minor in the book but have major roles in the series.
Just sent Disc 1 back so it will be a few days before I can see the next two episodes.

BSG was awesome, but Caprica is so bad and so boring, I found it pointless to watch. Same with Stargate Universe. Stargates SG-1 and Atlanis ruled.relantel wrote:Caprica at some point, but man, what a letdown Caprica is after the BSG run.

Re: TV Shows
Where in the hell did this show '100 Questions' on NBC come from? Between the terrible comedy follwed up by an obvious laugh track, I feel like I'm watching an episode of 'Jerry.' Seinfelds fake sitcom on his sitcom

Re: TV Shows
I think I was trying to stress the word. I think it describes the show best. It's not the funniest show on TV, or the craziest, or the most intense. It's just really enjoyable to sit back and relax to. All the characters are very likable. You have two pretty girls. The setting is great... ocean, beaches, sun. I think it's one of the best shows on TV, quality-wise.jaysmiter wrote:Why is enjoyable in quotes?Sarcastic wrote:Royal Pains returns tonight at 10PM on USA. I totally recommend this show.
