Evan Bourne is awesome, hopefully he finally gets a decent push. One of the best wrestlers WWE has on their current roster.
Just cause he's a high flier? meh at best he'll be US Champion or IC but always will remain a mid-carder
He's actually got an awesome moveset, but had to tone it down quite a bit when he got to WWE obviously. I agree he won't ever be world champ or anything, but IC champ I could see if they push him right. He's got a ton of talent, and has had it for a long time even before coming to the WWE. Go look up Matt Sydal on youtube.

Evan Bourne can do pretty moves. He has zero personality, though. He's one of those guys that just goes from spot to spot. His best quality is the dude can sell like crazy.

That was a cool ending. I mean, as far as a limo who just bashed into a bunch of cars. Don't know what that really did to Hart but meh.

So Bryan Danielson had to be driving the limo right? :pop:

Also......with them targeting Hart now and claiming that they're against WWE management......anyone else starting to think Vinnie Mac might be behind this?

Random thoughts:

So, Bryan Danielson's firing is probably not a work. That's a shame. And what a lame way to write him off.

I laughed when Cena called them a "group of radicals." Or should I say, "Radicalz." I hope the next promo calls them a group of Radicalz staging an Invasion in order to start a new World order formed in an unholy Alliance.

I also like that Santino was one of the first guys out there to take on the nXt.

So Bret decides to get the entire roster on stage to prevent another attack in the ring, but then he goes backstage by himself? Real smart, Bret. The ending wasn't bad. The loss of Danielson hurts their credibility so bad. They're not intimidating. This angle is going to completely fall apart when these guys actually have to wrestle. They do look good beating up trash cans though.

I thought it was pretty obvious that the Daniel Bryan thing was a work? Why would they have brought him up otherwise?

This reminded me of the classic horror movie cliche, "Let's split up"

They brought him up in a throwaway line in order to explain why he wasn't there anymore. There's no way this is a work.

Don't you think they would have just ignored it completely if it wasn't a work?

No. He was a huge part of NXT and easily the most over. They had to explain where he went. For Danielson to suddenly have remorse in the story doesn't make sense, considering his actions were the most extreme and he certainly didn't appear remorseful as they walked off. He may be back in a couple months once this blows over, but he's certainly done for now.

Him and Rob Van Dam(when he was allowed to be hardcore) used to get so much air.

RVD will always be a better wrestler/performer on the small stage.

When he was in ECW and was the TV champion or whatever, they set him perfectly. They brought him to the WWE thinking his hardcore fans would follow his toned down style and they lost it.

This was on wrestlezone.com today, take it FWIW:

I received the following email two days ago, however I decided to hold off on posting it as it is both unconfirmed and anonymous. This same email is floating around in the inboxes of other internet wrestling media sources, as I noticed that it was CC'd to the addresses of many different online wrestling media outlets. It seems to imply that the Linda McMahon senate campaign was the reason why Bryan Danielson was fired from WWE, and since there has been so much speculation abound as to why he was released, I figured I'd post the email and allow you to be the judge. Furthermore, after speaking with a source inside WWE about this "conspiracy theory," I was told that it might not be very far off from the truth considering the circumstances, so here it is. Keep in mind, the following correspondence is anonymous:

"To whom it may concern;

I am a campaign worker for the Linda McMahon Senate campaign in Stamford, CT and I wanted to pass this information along to you. I am not a "fan" of Mrs. McMahon's family business by any means but I also do not like to see people's livelihoods taken away because of someone's political ambitions.

In regards to the released performer Daniel Brian this decision was made by Mr. David Cappiello the new campaign manager for Mrs. McMahon. After viewing the video of an incident of someone being choked and spat on Mr. Cappiello advised the campaign this could have very negative repurcussions to the campaign as a whole.

It was his decision that many in the media would use this against Mrs. McMahon in her campaign because of it's violent nature and it would bring up memories of the Chris Benoit tragedy which the campaign has tried very hard to distance itself from. He also felt it would significantly hurt her stance on family values to be associated with a product marketed towards children that allowed it's performers to openly spit in the faces of one another. It was this decision that led to the performer being released to show the media that Mrs. McMahon does not tolerate or approve of such behavior.

I am sending this to you from a temporary e-mail address. I will not answer further questions I just thought the truth should be put out there and not this rampant speculation. You can chose to print this or not, I leave that entirely to you."
