I cannot believe Smizik thinks she got fired so they could save money. I know people fresh out of college who are in broadcasting doing work like hers that make between around $25,000.

Well that almost makes sense, that's if you don't mind your song being handicapped till the commercials end.profpolisci wrote:Wat ophoudt theX van het uitvoeren van een toepassing (door BB, iP et al) die het voor mogelijk zou maken om de kunstenaar/het genre/het jaar/lied enz. te kiezen wanneer een Madden segment beëindigt? There is no limit to the depth of my hatred of Pittsburgh Sports Radio during Steeler Training Camp.
I do not need to know the exact number of ribs consumed by Flozell Adams on Monday night at dinner, thanks.

Yes, it's tough to listen to jim colony give a report on how stinky jones the undrafted free agent did during the linebackers vs fullback drillsPghSkins wrote:There is no limit to the depth of my hatred of Pittsburgh Sports Radio during Steeler Training Camp.

Well look at the bright side, they've cut back on the Pirate talk. Soon, very soon, there will be Pens talk.PghSkins wrote:There is no limit to the depth of my hatred of Pittsburgh Sports Radio during Steeler Training Camp.

Some moron just mentioned "Nate McLouth" as a guy the Pirates should have kept on Stan and Guy.
Seriously. WTF?

The media shoving Steelers coverage down my throat is why I mostly avoid that team.

I'm not sure 24/7 Steelers coverage should be a surprise. It's Pittsburgh, the Pirates suck, and the Pens aren't doing anything. I forgot to mention it's a football town too.

I don't think people are surprised by it, just don't particularly care for it.Malkamaniac wrote:I'm not sure 24/7 Steelers coverage should be a surprise. It's Pittsburgh, the Pirates suck, and the Pens aren't doing anything. I forgot to mention it's a football town too.

I just returned from a short trip to the DC area where it was all Haynesworth all the time. Made me yearn for some Steelers talk, no matter how absurd or trivial.

After 10 years of living here, an all cricket all the time station wouldn't make me wish for Steeler training camp talk.Psychlone wrote:I just returned from a short trip to the DC area where it was all Haynesworth all the time. Made me yearn for some Steelers talk, no matter how absurd or trivial.

Same people who think the 2008 Pirates were a couple good Pitchers from contention.

This is true. Vinny Richichi is awful, however. Heard him for the first time today. What a hack.Eismann wrote:Josh Miller is money.
