Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
I went through the thread (but may have missed it) but are keepers for Idoit, beerman & LITT posted?
I'm trying to see what's going to be available at the draft.

I don't think so yet. I think I threw some tentative names out there, but there are likely a few times with nothing posted.

I know Idoit is doing this year, because he talked to me about Ovie, so I know he's in. Just texted him about his Keepers.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
For those interested, I've added a 2010 Keepers page to the google doc to make easy searching of owned players (for draft purposes):
https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key ... =en#gid=18" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I did not see beerman's or Steve's keepers listed and EPF's keepers are obviously not listed yet.
I listed all the rookies I was aware of at this a time -- others can add their's to the list
New owners, if you have a gmail account and want access, let us know.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Yeah the thread tomorrow should start with a list of all keepers, if you want me to prepare it, I will, but the first post should contain that list. It would be preferable to have everyone's keepers up tonight so I can start a draft board. Also, I mentioned it in the football thread, but I am going to be in the car for a good portion of the afternoon tomorrow, so I may hold up the draft a bit.
EDIT:
odd timing there.
EDIT2: And I added my rookies that didn't lose rookie eligibility to that page.

Hammer -- in the google doc, I put you down with 7 keepers as that is what was on your posted list. You may want to edit.

I suppose, if every owner has access again this year, we can use page one again to list draft results?

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
I'd like until midnight for keeper selections because I am waiting to hear from bhaw on a trade. I will get mine in as soon as I hear from him and that and any other related trades are worked out. I'd like to assign EPF's team to someone here soon.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
When I say tonight, I mean before I go to bed. Midnight gives me time to get all of the keepers sorted by position and fill out a draft board...then resume catching up on a few episodes of mad men...then play a game of mlb2k10.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Hey all!
I was out all morning. A couple things:
Post your rookies as follows (these are mine):
Keepers:
Anderson
Lundqvist
Crosby
Gaborik
St. Louis
B. Richards
Rookie: Jimmy Howard
Rookie Default: Ryan Stoa
2) Stats aren't changing. I don't think someone suggested that, but it alters things too much based on the keepers we have. Ovey Shots, Sid FOW is the perfect example.
3) Rookies: The reason we allow rookies drafted in the previous rounds is because the first couple rookie picks become ridiculously valuable. You would get Hall for free. This happened in a league when Malkin was a rookie. It was totally unfair. I would be open to opening it up to one big draft, but I would prefer not to. So many of the rookies we draft, especially the 3rd and 4th one are going to reasonably unheard of, and aren't going to play any NHL games this year. As such, I like the bifurcation (you also can start the season without the rookies drafted if the league is running late).
4) Kovy has not responded. Random it up for EPF's team. I'm glad Troy is in
5) If I'm MIA during business hours, Krafster is probably the best go-to guy right now. We also have less time to draft this year, so we're going to have to use some lists.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Also, a lot of you have 7 keepers posted on the Spreadsheet. We only get 6 + the rookie!!!!
If you don't have any rookies the exceeded the games, i.e. Malka, you can trade for one. I'm losing Brassard and Leino.
