Another one of Shero's undrafted College players. Was tearing it up in ECHL with Peterson and CPZ (
) Isn't signed to a NHL deal but might need one soon.

I bet he'll be on a two-way deal next year. Ditto Sill and Schnell. Shero has done a good job with identifying undrafted guys who have potential.

K2 is right. Street will definitely be locked up on a 2-way, possibly even Bryan Lerg.Pens4Life wrote:Sill and Schnell? Why those two?
Sill has great 4th line NHL center potential, above average hitter and can throw down with middleweights.
Schnell is the heavyweight fighter of the future.

Schnell is an awesome name for a brawler. It means "fast" in German.WWGRD wrote:K2 is right. Street will definitely be locked up on a 2-way, possibly even Bryan Lerg.Pens4Life wrote:Sill and Schnell? Why those two?

Re: Ben Street ?
On his promotion to the AHL I don't remember that there was much fanfare. But if he keeps scoring at the current pace, then I bet he'll have at least the proverbial "cup of coffee" in the bigs.Rylan wrote:I lol'd.Penspal wrote:2 way contract for Street?

Re: Ben Street ?
He has cooled off. He has a long way to go before he reaches the NHL, but then again, Letestu, N. Johnson and Bissonnette are among the several former Nailers who made the NHL
