Is this a confirmed bug? Since I use chrome and did not know about it!
I was just reading someone complain about this on another forum. Googling led me to a slew of people complaining about this.

I have no idea.
This only happens on ESPN though. All the time.
It's more likely that they are caching the content on their website for speedier delivery.
At the cost of updated information, in this case.

That is probably the more real outcome.

I eagerly await some obnoxious mouthy Wings fans coming back out of the woodwork if Jagr goes to Detroit.
If Mario really wants him back, he'd get him back.

It will funny if Jaromir does indeed sign here....it will be funny to see what happens when he signs with Russia...with the Rangers.
We are funny people.

There really are only two things I'm looking forward to if/when he signs with Detroit.
-- The Jagr to DET thread
-- His pronouncement that he's going to Detroit because he "thinks they're closer to winning the Cup than Pittsburgh."

I won't hate Jagr. I will just hate Detroit more. I am excited just to see Jagr back in the league. The bonus would be seeing him in a Pens jersey.

Red Wings’ courtship of Jaromir Jagr continues:

I can't fault or even be mad at Jagr not coming here in favor of the Wings. That team is built for guys like him.

You mean, Gambling, Malcontents that cry that they are dying on the ice and demand to be traded? Then by all means, they should sign him.

And Babcock would fully take advantage of his skill set... Bylsma on the other hand... not so much

I think the exact opposite. Look at what Blysma let his team do when he was hired?
I think the Wings system actually hurts Jagr's game.

“I was thinking about it and if Mario would call me and say, ‘I’d like you to play for our team,’ I would think about it a lot,” Jagr said “I would play for the minimum salary. I would play for $350,000 just for him because I owe him my hockey life. I want to pay him back because he has made me what I am"

I was looking for the article with that quote and couldn't find it, but someone should definitely bring this to his attention. I would be interested to see what J squared's answer would be if asked, "Are you holding true to your early comments about a return to the Pens?"

Kris Letang's fake Twitter account has even fooled TSN:
"All this Jagr talk is making me feel happy," Penguins defenceman Kris Letang posted on his Twitter account on Tuesday."
