Morton's
Cap Grille
Ruth Chris
Hyde Park
Outback
Dumpster behind Friday's
Longhorn
For the money, I'd suggest you do Morton's or Cap Grille mac. Hyde Park is similar in cost. Also Morton's is a doing a dinner for 2 for 109 special right now. Its probably on their website right now.

Haha, since the day that place went in, I thought it looked super sketchy. I am shocked it's still in business.stopper40 wrote:My newest place to eat. Pho Kim on 88 in Castle Shannon. Place is fantastic
My Gf and I, ate at the Georgetowne on Mt. Washington for the first time ever. Very, very good. We had a livingsocial.com deal. We got two apps, two soups, two salads, two entrees under $35 (you could pay the difference), and a bottle of wine for $59. It was quite good.

You would have been better off going to union grill two places down.

Someone just posted this on twitter - a compilation of all of the wing nights / specials in Pittsburgh. I thought some of you may find this useful...

Re: Restaurant Recommendations?
Agreed. Luca's overpriced and overrated. Union Grill, on the other hand, is delicious. I think that they have the best burger in Pittsburgh. I've only been to Tessaro's once, so I would like to give that another shot, but as of now, Union Grill is my #1superstartreatment wrote:Letang Is The Truth wrote:went to lucca on craig st last night. one of the worst dining experiences ive ever had from the greeter to the service to the food to the people sitting near us. a comedy of errors. rarely ever say this but im never going back

Re: Restaurant Recommendations?
Lucca ten years ago would have been at the top of my recommendation list for Italian in the city. I've been maybe 2 or 3 times in the past few years, and each time was similar to your experience. Its fallen so far.Letang Is The Truth wrote:went to lucca on craig st last night. one of the worst dining experiences ive ever had from the greeter to the service to the food to the people sitting near us. a comedy of errors. rarely ever say this but im never going back

I love Ali babba's. Every year on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we have our office Thanksgiving lunch, which entails ordering a ton of food from Ali babba and just pigging out.columbia wrote:Ali babba's on Craig Street is excellent.
