Theres an ad currently for Sports Clip on the radio where they endorse Duct Tape more than their hair cuts. Can't stand it. And I did count, because I have the X on at work- in 48 seconds, they spend 34 of those seconds talking about duct tape.

The Miller Lite one where they talk about winning a gold medal in Best American Lager. Yeah they did win it in, but it's the same category that beers like bud and old milwaukee compete it. As a matter Old Milwaukee got the silver medal. That gives you an idea of the level of the competition

I think I dumped it into the pet peeve thread and I don't feel like reposting the video, but that GoJo phone-band-thing annoys me.

Mio energy commercials with the animal humans. What the hell? Who said this was a good idea? And who would use this stuff cause typically if I'm at the bar I'm not looking to doctor up my water. Just horrid, whoever came up with this and whoever green lighted it well... thread title.

This one is awful. It's so bad that I can't decide if I should laugh or change the channel.JS© wrote:I think I dumped it into the pet peeve thread and I don't feel like reposting the video, but that GoJo phone-band-thing annoys me.

I'm adding the Bud Light high end beer commercial. Shut up Budweiser, your beer is ****, even if it is in a blue glass bottle. Just horrid.

It's so bad that when I first saw it, I thought it was a parody. It's a suction cup and a headband, that's it. The part that irritates me the most that he tries to justify his gadget against bluetooth by saying "You have to put it in your ear (yuck), and it's not truly hands free (shows him holding the phone).BadHands71 wrote:This one is awful. The bluetooth that I had that lasted several weeks before I retired it. For some reason my old LG Touch didn't like it. The earpiece itself did not go in my ear. It was looped around my ear (no yuck) and didn't require me to hold my phone. Being that I no longer use mine and I'm purely guessing on this, but I don't see people driving down the road with a phone in their hand with their bluetooth on.
Sorry Joe, I can look foolish without your amateur-looking device. Go peddle your wares elsewhere, preferably not on my TV.

Re: What current ad campaign makes you contemplate homicide?
a couple things...
if that idiot kid wants to get into that party by pretending to be a pizza boy, it's probably cheaper and definitely easier and more convincing to just stop at dominos and bring that to the party than to go home, bake your digiorno and find an anonymous pizza box to put it in.
and why does the guy on the joseph a bank radio commercial talk like he just had a stroke. is their target demographic ESL people who can't quite understand english when it's spoken at a normal pace?

I just want to know where he scored a blank pizza box that has not been previously used. It's not like you can walk into a Walmart and pick up a dozen boxes for $5.

Has anyone else heard those Xfinity commercials (not sure if they are just in the Philly area) about being able to watch stuff On Demand and DVR? Basically, the woman in the commercial confesses to her man that she has been watching episodes ahead of him, and then proceeds to spoil a key plot point on purpose while he is trying to enjoy the show. Her voice irritates me, and I would probably punch her IRL.

This annoys me more and more each time I see it. The kid seems to be the only one that knows this is stupid.

They run regularly on 93.7 or 105.9, possibly both.shafnutz05 wrote:Has anyone else heard those Xfinity commercials (not sure if they are just in the Philly area) about being able to watch stuff On Demand and DVR?
