Thanks for the massive response guys, roles and what not will be decided and PM'ed within the coming week or so. I once asked my boss to fwd my phone to my cell and he ended up forwarding it to my own number.
No matter who called, I could I could never answer it from the the desk set.

It was like it went one level down and wouldn't come back: full Inception mode in action.

I had to call the telecom company to reset the whole damn thing.

In case any of you don't want any crazy surprises during the game, pay particular attention about an hour and 12 minutes in to what is said by Cobb.

I have a surgery tomorrow, so I may or may not be on to check anything for day 1. But I should be good until Friday when I have another surgery.
