Hopping on votes on Day 1 and was the quickest (by far) to save columbia after the role-claim. Anyway, it's good for a Day 2 vote, IMO.

Re: *** Inception Warz *** Game Thread
Not sure how I feel about WK. I agree that, in general, being one of the first to take your vote off a green after a role claim looks pretty guilty.
The only other thing I could think that would incriminate him is that throughout the day yesterday, he tended to do a lot of generic posting about how the game was set up and how the village could technically win. Generally, I am wary of these "helpful" posts, that don't offer an actual strategy going forward.
I guess they always strike me as a red trying to take on the "helpful nice guy" role that is just trying to keep the village informed of how the game works.

Saying you're not sure about a player and then going on about how guilty that player seems is also a sign of a red, IMO.

Well, I was being honest. He didn't really stand out to me the first day, but I went back and looked at his posts after you voted for him.redwill wrote:Saying you're not sure about a player and then going on about how guilty that player seems is also a sign of a red, IMO.

Re: *** Inception Warz *** Game Thread
I wonder what happened to the The Assassin. Did he/she lose powers because of the role claim, or because I posted the thing about Mr. Fisher, or for some other reason?

I'm going to assume columbia's role claim was truth, but he lost his powers and is now just an ordinary sap.

I should say, he lost his powers due to the Extraction Team discovering his identity.

Re: *** Inception Warz *** Game Thread
Pulled my vote back off quickly because columbia role claimed immediately after I voted for him. As far as the 'helpful' posts, I was just trying to get a handle on how everything is set-up and try to answer questions columbia and canaan had.shafnutz05 wrote:Not sure how I feel about WK. I'd like to hear an explanation from redwill about his posts. Fisher is pictured with Cobb in Doc's introduction along with this quote - "You create the world of the dream. We bring the subject into that dream and fill it with their subconscious." So is redwill the dreamer? If so, he has to be working with the Extraction Team.

Re: *** Inception Warz *** Game Thread
I just have a hard time believing it would be as clear cut as redwill drawing all this attention to himself, and it turns out he is affiliated with the reds, tied up in a neat little bow for us.

Make no mistake, it's fun to play the mystic.....so perhaps he's just going with that for the sake of it.

The Keats quote was simply the fact that I love "Ode to a Nightingale" and thought the dream references were appropriate. I'm apparently Mr. Fisher (or was, yesterday). I'm just blue, as far as I know.

Re: *** Inception Warz *** Game Thread
The way I see things now I am suspicious of shad, redwill, and columbia.
I am confused with exactly what took place with columbia. Doc usually runs complicated games and I think that maybe he eliminated the green assassin role before the game began but didn't explain that to everyone. Columbia could be a red that knew the green assasin role didn't exist and used it as cover thereby making himself as safe in the eyes of the village for the rest of the game. Doc tried to clear that up during the write up yesterday but didn't go come out with those exact details.
Based on WK's post, it is possible that redwill is the dreamer. redwill's posts have definitely been alluding to the fact that he is dreaming. I am not completely dead set against this theory since redwill is normally odd with his posts in these games. Also, I don't quite see how the dreamer would win the game. It seems that he is a third party, perhaps an independent, and not affiliated with the reds or greens/village. Per Doc, when the dreamer is discovered by the subconsious the target is awoken and the game ends. The dreamer could not want to make it so obvious what his role is.
As for shad, he has been quick to come up with alternate explanations to prevent the death of redwill and columbia. If columbia is red, he could be trying to save a fellow red. If redwill is the dreamer, he could be trying to prevent the end of the game.
Right now though I am most certain that columbia is red.

Re: *** Inception Warz *** Game Thread
lol, what possible reason could you have to think that my believing Columbia is suspicious? Let's follow this sequence of events:
1) Columbia gets votes on him.
2) Role claims as the vig/assassin.
3) That night, the Extraction Team discovers the assassin, thus stripping him of his powers and making him a part of the subconscious.
Doc didn't remove the assassin role before the game, as it was clearly stated in the last night writeup that The Assassin was caught by the Extraction Team. I don't know about anyone else, but that convinced me that columbia was telling the truth.
I think your theory is WAY off base, but I also think there's no way you would make such an outlandish claim if you were red.
