Re: ***Secret Agent Warz GAME THREAD***
Furthering my point:
The count at that time was 3 Slappy, 2 PB, and 3 people tied with 1 (me not included). You (Shad) come out of nowhere and throw a vote on me. Then, rel also votes me without much reasoning. CBear does the same.
Why should I be so sure you 3 aren't trying to set me up in some way, shape, or form? There were clearly 2 other favorites at the time, why vote for me unless you want to get the trail off your boy PB?

Note: I'm not saying you 3 are definitely all red, but you've helped me narrow it down a bit.

Re: ***Secret Agent Warz GAME THREAD***
Because you acted petulant about getting told not to edit your posts and your day 1 streak, which bringing it up all the time just reminds me of you not being red at all in my memory so I was playing the odds. You going off the deep end end has been a added side benefit

So in this scenario would the seer have actually seen the player or just be playing a suspicion?CBear3 wrote:What if the burn notice is a byproduct of the seer role. Say I was the seer, and I was suspicious of MRandall in this case. Instead of getting thy info an keeping it private like a normal game, in the spirit of espionage it creates a public burn notice. Sure it may tip the balance of power to the greens, but maybe the reds have some day kills to offset it. Otherwise it seems a pretty pointless aspect of the game.
Note: I am NOT the seer

The way I'd do it if it was my game is it would be an actual see. If it was just suspicion, it would kind of suck for something that sounds pretty definite to be coming straight from the mod if it was just a hunch.MWB wrote:So in this scenario would the seer have actually seen the player or just be playing a suspicion?CBear3 wrote:What if the burn notice is a byproduct of the seer role. And I admit I could be totally wrong, but if I am there doesn't seem to be a point to the burn notice.

The burn notice means you ignore everything I say. It means I'm on to something, but I don't know what it is. We don't even know if it's the greens or reds who put it out.CBear3 wrote:And I admit I could be totally wrong, but if I am there doesn't seem to be a point to the burn notice.

Or it means you were on to nothing (you burn an unreliable asset, not one that was on to something). In every spy movie I've seen a burn notice is also an open invitation to make the asset cease I exist. Of course in all those movies the asset was falsely burned

Which is why I, amongst others, believe it may be a red herring to distract from something else going on.CBear3 wrote:Or it means you were on to nothing (you burn an unreliable asset, not one that was on to something). Which I admit is a possibility. I just think my idea of it being a Seer function is much cooler than just a red herring, lol

shoot MRandall25
I kind of understand the opinion that this whole burn notice thing is a red herring. That being said, he's been spraying and praying accusations to a third of the field since Day 1. He has become a source of mass confusion, even before the burn notice. I'm fine with voting him out.

The vote on MR25 is a kill to kill someone and not a kill to kill a red, correct?

Correct. It's to remove a distraction from the game so we can stay on task.columbia wrote:The vote on MR25 is a kill to kill someone and not a kill to kill a red, correct?

1) This is as good a reason as any on day 2
2) IIRC This is how Shaf plays when he's green/blue. IMO his logic seems to be more realistic when he's not a baddie
Shoot MRandall25 in the foot, hand, shoulder, knee cap, shin, spleen, face, and chest

In part but a good red strategy is to cause confusion.tfrizz wrote:Correct. It's to remove a distraction from the game so we can stay on task.columbia wrote:The vote on MR25 is a kill to kill someone and not a kill to kill a red, correct?
