Re: NFL
Hernandez was also sued in February for shooting a guy Pulp Fiction style

Both Hernandez and Alex Bradley were driving down the road in the same car, gun "accidentally" discharges, and Hernandez allegedly shot Bradley in the face. Bradley ended up losing his right eye from the shooting and the lawsuit was originally dismissed but was re-opened today.

He also reportedly destroyed his cell phone and hired a cleaning crew to come to his home.Rocco wrote:Hernandez allegedly destroyed the video surveillance unit at his house. There's a cheap joke about destroying video there.
Also heard on radio that someone alleges he actually shot the guy in Florida, fwiw.

Re: NFL
My advice to everyone is to never, ever, under any circumstances, talk with the police at all, let alone attempt to “cooperate” with them. I literally wouldn’t tell a cop the time of day, let alone speak with a police officer in connection with a homicide investigation. The only possible exception would be if both state and federal officials with the requisite power have given me full prosecutorial immunity for literally anything I may have done up to that point in my life (e.g., I could tell them I’ve killed 100 people over the last five years and they can’t do a thing to prosecute me for any of them). Even then, I’m not talking to anyone without personal legal counsel being present and my own video cameras recording everything. Seriously, never talk to the police.JS© wrote:What makes this look even worse is that he's not cooperating with police.viva la ben wrote:Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez questioned by police about a homicide near his house.

The homicide victim was Odin Lloyd. Here's the connection to Hernandez from the above article.
What an awkward way of saying his baby momma's sister.Police say Lloyd was dating the sister of the mother of Hernandez's daughter

Well, there's a difference between not cooperating and destroying evidence.Shyster wrote:My advice to everyone is to never, ever, under any circumstances, talk with the police at all, let alone attempt to “cooperate” with them.
