I fear it may always be 1, that we can't ever kill Madden, and that the only win is one side eliminating the others RP's.Rylan wrote:How many reds can possibly be left at this point?Zarovich wrote:No kidding. I fear that, but I think at most 2 reds are actually left.

2 or 3 depending on how many to start and what action was taking during night 4 to save canaan. Was most likely a save and no recruit though.Rylan wrote:How many reds can possibly be left at this point?Zarovich wrote:No kidding. The media met again and instead of voting for Madden this time, they discussed who could possibly be one of his followers. As had happened in the past, no consensus could be reached and the votes were placed into a pillbox Pirates hat for a random drawing.
As mentioned in the news alert above, someone was able to keep c2i's vote from reaching the drawing. Selected from the hat was cbear. Cbear was:

Cantankerous Post-Gazette columnist and radio host Ron Cook was found dead this morning. Best known for being an all around miserable person, Cook was run over in another instance of old people in Pgh getting hit by cars and becoming dead. The person behind the wheel has not yet been found but DUI is suspected as a cup of Sheetz coffee spiked with Scotch was found at the scene. Re: Pittsburgh Sports Media Warz Game Thread
While everyone wants to get the last red, let's assume that the team with the most of their side left once the reds are eliminated actually wins this thing right?
So at this point, while we want to get the last red, it is a team vs. team battle. I know the PGH sports columnists, but don't know enough to know which paper they write for. I'm assuming each paper started with the same amount of blues and RPs, so how many blues are left on each side?

Re: Pittsburgh Sports Media Warz Game Thread
so i'm thinking the removal of my vote for pecky might be a set up from the reds for us to go after him. nan's been quiet as well. I think there was some heat on mrandall at the beginning of the thread and that faded and was forgot about. there's a lot to talk about today, but judging by the past few day phases people won't be around participating to the level they should.
as far as the trib vs. pg goes, i don't think the trib needs to worry about killing more PG at this point. the count as I see it is 6 PG dead and 2 Trib dead with the knowledge that relantel and myself are both PG, it seems pretty likely that the trib will win if we find the last of the reds. I personally have no reason to try to find trib members and have them killed during the day because it seems as though it's pretty hopeless for me to fully win this game, so I may as well help find some reds.

Re: Pittsburgh Sports Media Warz Game Thread
In that case, I might as well come forward.
I am PG. MWB viewed me the previous night, and we gained the ability to talk to each other. According to MWB's PMs to me, Pecky and Zaro are both confirmed Trib. So right now, we have confirmed:
c2i, shafnutz05, relantel: PG
Pecky, Zaro: Trib
Ostensibly, the red is someone else. I like the idea of starting with LITT, since he's been quiet anyway, way under the radar, and not contributing at all.

also, why would MWB not try to investigate relantel so that they could talk, sort out what each knows and go from there?

Re: Pittsburgh Sports Media Warz Game Thread
I am just regular villager blue, not an RP or anything like that. FWIW, this morning, MWB sent me a PM that he was investigating c2i. That being said, he and I were both fairly confident you were PG, so it is what it is.count2infinity wrote:what color of blue are you shad? regular villager blue or light blue?

Re: Pittsburgh Sports Media Warz Game Thread
i'd like to hear from relantel as there are things in my mind not quite matching up with shad's story.
