I thought they were vultures and it was Jesse's acceptance of his impending death.

I thought the same as I was heavily spoiled going in. It is still a fantastic watch to see it unfold.Idoit40fans wrote:I already read pretty much everything that happens.

Hard to imagine things getting much darker for Jesse than they already are.How much darker is this journey going to get for this guy?
The darkness is going to be pitch black. Jesse’s got a very long road ahead of him.

Last two episodes are longer than an hour - TV Guide is saying 75 minutes. Adjust your DVRs accordingly.

I watched the episode finally. Marie is the most horrific person in the show.

Re: A little late, but... Breaking Bad???
My dream scenario is to be inserted into that reality, just after Hank realizes that Walt is what he is. Have airtight evidence on him, and offer it up to Hank in exchange for the ability to kick Marie in the face with steel toed boots on. That way Walt gets caught and Marie gets a small fraction of what she deserves for being such a lowlife.GSdrums87 wrote:I agree. That's exactly what I was hoping. Who the hell does Marie think she is forcing Skyler to tell Walt Jr. right then and there on the spot? That's not the way to handle it and I hope Marie gets a Nazi bullet in the head.Idoit40fans wrote:I watched the episode finally. Marie is the most horrific person in the show.Spoiler:

Yeah she really is dreadful. But again, I don't like anybody but Walt since Mike died.

Every time she has a meaningful role in an episode, I forget about everyone else. I think I ruined the enjoyment of the episode yesterday for my girlfriend because I was just ranting about how much I wanted her to die.

To be completely fair to Marie... There's no easy way to tell a kid that his father is a drug kingpin, and his mother knew the whole time and went along with it, and his uncle just arrested his dad (because that's what they knew at the time of telling Walt Jr.)PensFanInDC wrote:That's exactly what I was hoping. I feel as though Marie is a necessary character in this show.

Re: A little late, but... Breaking Bad???
Remember that time Walt and Skyler admitted they were running a drug operation and threatened to destroy Hank and Marie's lives by creating a CD that would leave Hank as Heisenberg? Taking it out on Walt Jr. is obviously awful on Marie's part, but these are all awful people. The vitriol directed at the Marie and Skyler characters is hilarious.count2infinity wrote:To be completely fair to Marie... You're probably too old to understand that rooting for the biggest gaping arsehole is the cool thing to do.slappybrown wrote:Remember that time Walt and Skyler admitted they were running a drug operation and threatened to destroy Hank and Marie's lives by creating a CD that would leave Hank as Heisenberg? Re: A little late, but... Breaking Bad???
To add a little bit about Marie demanding Skyler tell Walt Jr, I think that Skyler had no intentions of EVER telling Walt Jr. If things played out without the Nazi's showing up, Walt would have been arrested, news stations would have been all over it, Walt wouldn't have been showing up at home... At some point, Jr. was going to find out and if you're that kid and you don't find out from your family first, I feel like that's worse than telling him then and there.

Marie assumes that Walt has been arrested, so it makes sense to tell Walt Jr then and there instead of him hearing it on the news or whatever.

Marie is a smug b that wants to take a hardline stance on crime when she should be in prison.

Agreed. A theif and a liar, she'll get what she deserves.
