Re: Russian Roulette Warz GAME THREAD
Willie Kool was a man who kept his kool, even under the most trying of circumstances. Yet, as he sat there across from EPP, he knew the jig was up.
The gun had 4 bullets in its 6 chambers, and EPP had already found the empty one. He yelled a bunch of Vietnamese gibberish before blowing his brains out the other side of his skull.
WK was a red guy
The Vietnamese man fled into hiding, knowing that he was on the ropes. Will the village reveal his true identity?
It is Night 5. If you can get me your PMs before 10, we can start the next day phase.

Re: Russian Roulette Warz GAME THREAD
The Vietnamese Man (why I haven't made that proper is beyond me) called canaan to the table.
"I think you and I could benefit from a bit of an agreement, don't you think?"
"What are your terms?"
"5,000,000 dong to say that I am THG. Do we have a deal?"
Canaan accepted this, not realizing that 5,000,000 dong only amounted to $235 USD. After coming to his senses after a fit of rage, canaan started yelling "I know who he is! I know who he is! It's CRANKSHAFT!"
The village rushed to Crankshaft's lair with the intent of a good ol' fashioned lynching, but before they could get to him, a shot rang out in the dark.

Laying next to him was a revolver with 5 empty chambers, and one with a smoking casing still inside.
Crankshaft was the Vietnamese Man.
The village has survived.
1. Slappy - villager
2. WK
3. Crank
4. THG
5. k-nan
6. relantel - villager
7. Shad
8. SDD
9. EPP
10. Pecky
11. CBear
12. Kaizer?
13. LITT
14. redwill - villager
15. NAN
Full write-up of night phases coming.

I'm anxious for this write up because Canaan came back as a reg villager last night so I'm curious how he ended up with what seems to be Vig capabilities.

I'm pretty sure I randomly picked myself, because when I selected my random number (no thought process to the night phases, really), MRandall replied with hahahahah

I'm curious to see if everyone else seemed to be at such a disadvantage as we were. There were no though process to the night phases. No one did anything but vote during the day. He could have played this game himself,

Re: Russian Roulette Warz GAME THREAD
Original roles:
Red: Cbear, Crankshaft
Seer: EPP
Angel: Shad
Red recruit on Night 3: WK
The RP's were told to choose a number between 1 and however many people were left, giving the game a sense of randomness, much like actual Russian Roulette. The names of the living were placed in a random.org drawing and were numbered as such. As you can see, there was the distinct possibility of selecting themselves in the random number draw, so while the seer may have seen himself (and learn nothing), there was the possibility that one of the reds could kill themselves at night.
How the day votes worked (in case you didn't catch on): I took whoever had a vote on them (we'll use Day 1 as an example: 10 for Pecky and 1 for redwill), took the number of votes they had, and put them into a random.org drawing corresponding to the number of votes (so in the first drawing, Pecky was in there 10 times, redwill was in there once). Whichever name was at the top was considered the day kill. Sorry, redwill.
Here's how everything played out behind the scenes:
Night 1:
-Shad saves Slappy (#1)
-EPP sees NAN (#7)
-Reds shoot Slappy (#1)
Day 1:
-10 Pecky's and 1 redwill entered into random drawing. Redwill's name selected.
Night 2:
-Reds shoot rel (#13)
-Shad protects Pecky (#7)
-EPP sees Pecky (#7)
Day 2:
-2 EPP, 2 NAN, 1 Slappy, 1 Pecky, 1 Kaizer, 1 Canaan. Slappy's name drawn.
Night 3:
-Shad protects canaan (#2)
-EPP sees CBear (#7)
-Reds recruit WK (#9)
Day 3:
-7 CBear, 2 Pecky. CBear drawn.
Night 4:
-Reds kill Kaizer (#3)
-EPP sees Kaizer (#3)
-Shad protects LITT (#4)
Day 4:
-7 WK, 1 EPP. WK drawn
Night 5:
-EPP sees canaan (#3)
-Shad protects EPP (#9)
-Crank kills himself (#10)
That's the game. Thanks for playing.

It has to be just part of the storyline. I'll bet that you were chosen because I saw you last night.canaan wrote:yeah, that had me confused.ExPatriatePen wrote:I'm anxious for this write up because Canaan came back as a reg villager last night so I'm curious how he ended up with what seems to be Vig capabilities.

I just picked a name. Was going to go with THG because he didn't do anything, but I didn't want to dignify him with his name in a write-up.canaan wrote:yeah, that had me confused.ExPatriatePen wrote:I'm anxious for this write up because Canaan came back as a reg villager last night so I'm curious how he ended up with what seems to be Vig capabilities.

The good part about this game was that it's over so fast, we could play a second game this week and have enough time for it if someone started it today.

I feel like this kind of game was a good idea on paper, but I don't think I got the execution quite right.

I think the idea is OK, I'm just not a fan of taking the brain power out of the night phase.
But that's just my personal opinion.

Re: Russian Roulette Warz GAME THREAD
I mean, if I had to do it again, I'd make you give me multiple names (3 or more) and would've random.org'd those names instead of the random number thing.
