So I assume that the term "Lake Enhancement Snow" is new this year? What was wrong with Lake Effect?

yeah we had about 2 inches on the car a little less on the grass and hardly any on the sidewalk. still would've liked to have gotten out and sat in a tree stand for a few hours.

Re: 2013-2014 Winter Weather Thread
Amazing timing. I'm flying out to Pittsburgh tomorrow (arriving near midnight) and my brother is supposed to get in on Wednesday. Feels like a lot of people are going to get screwed if the prediction of 6 inches holds up.

Most likely. I mainly hope it's cold enough for actual snow and not freezing rain. The drive from the airport is bad enough as it is without further hazards.newarenanow wrote:We'll just get like an inch or two.

I just hope 70 and 79 don't get hit with whiteout conditions and/or ice. I might start getting PTSD flashbacks.

Re: 2013-2014 Winter Weather Thread
I was taking a 1/2 day Wednesday, I just took a full day. Last thing I need is to fall and reinjure my quad tendon.
And if it's crappy tomorrow morning, I'm working from home.
