before I look at new hand...

I had to ask myself if it was worth biddling having only three trump, even if I'd have J, J & A. (JD, JH, AD) I came to the conclusion the answer was no. My luck the widow was a gold mine.

I thought about it, but it would require maintaining players' attention over a longer period. That's tough to do. It works OK here in 500 with just four players, but probably not so much with fifteen or so. Plus I struggled to find a denouement to conclude a game.

EDIT: Still, I think it's worth an effort to diversify NHR Games.

Yeah, with four of us, if we move fast, we move fast, and if we move slow, oh well. And being turn based, we don't all have to be online at once.
