I missed this post a while back.Rylan wrote:We could probably do a game like match game if we could get 6 devoted panelists to play. We would only need 8 people that want to play and with it not really needing to keep a pace (it could play much like 500) and we could have fun with it. Coming up with questions would be the most difficult part, but I am sure there is a list somewhere that you could just follow script with.
Maybe it would work. As for questions, it's not that difficult. There are hundreds of Match Game episodes on YouTube and I just modify the questions a bit.
For example, the question about Canadians on the moon was originally about the Chinese getting to the moon first. I thought on a hockey board Canadians worked better.
Similarly, the question about Ronald McDonald's new show was originally "My Three <blank>s" but I updated it to "<blank>s of Anarchy." Same pun.

OK, our panelists have answered the question.
Now, relantel, it's your turn.
Please give your answer to the following question:

We're waiting on you, relantel. What do you say?Did you know that back in the day Tiny Tim used to visit Pittsburgh a lot? However, when he was there he didn't tip-toe through the tulips, he tip-toed through the <blank>s.

I'd like to see this at least tried. So far, it seems like it could be a lot of fun.redwill wrote:I missed this post a while back.Rylan wrote:We could probably do a game like match game if we could get 6 devoted panelists to play. Re: *** Match Game Wars Gameplay Thread ***
OK, relantel, you said "Triangle."
Hoo boy, I feel like we're not gonna be making much progress here.
But let's see what our panelists said.
Brett Somers (Troy Loney) said: "rivers"
Betty White (canaan) said: "mon river"
(would have matched "rivers")
Charles Nelson Reilly (PensHckyFan79) said: "steel mills"
Richard Dawson (Willie Kool) said: "rivers"
Well we had a potential for a three-fer there, but relantel scores 0 points.

alliteration anyone? Geeze.
One can tip-toe on bridges, but sure hard to tip-toe on a river. Unless Tiny Tim is Jesus?
And unblank PFiDC.

Hence, through the triangle, a geographical area.
