oh. my bad. Still, I don't see then how we take more than 2 tricks then. Either you guess right leading the next trick for the non-trump suit he has, or you guess wrong and I'd take the last non-trump trick. Either way, they've gotten to 8 in trick 9 in the latter scenario, and 8 in trick 10 in the former one.
