my guess is that he was explicitly told to not do something by the mods, and then he went ahead and did it anyways.

He was a sarcastic/mean jerk to a lot of people, so I don't know what specific incident did it.shmenguin wrote:my guess is that he was explicitly told to not do something by the mods, and then he went ahead and did it anyways.

There was no particular incident. His banning was a lifetime achievement award.

Just found out the center I worked for at VZW for 6 years from 04-10 or so.. is closing. Cranberry and Warrendale offices both closing.. almost 5,000 people will lose their jobs. I was glad I got out of there, but still have friends there.. just awful.

Wow, really? That Warrendale center was there for a long time--since the days of Bell Atlantic/NYNEX Mobile (mid-to-late 1990s) or am I mistaken?skullman80 wrote:Just found out the center I worked for at VZW for 6 years from 04-10 or so.. is closing. I didn't even hear about it my best friend texted me since his wife works there. I guess this came out of nowhere, and employees were just told today with no advanced warning at all. May 8th is the last day. Just sucks I know people have been there for 10+ years.
