It's odd those towns are named like that considering its Amish country.

Top Gear (UK) has been to Intercourse. They pulled over at the town welcome sign for a chuckle.

Always love to see that wonderful old thread brought up. Which, by the way, I highly recommend reading through on a Friday where you are bored at work.

Anyways, Intercourse is probably my favorite town in Amish Country, just 10 minutes up the road. A lot of cool shops there and whatnot.

There are actually two small towns in Jefferson County called "Panic" and "Desire" that aren't far from each other too.

I picture it a lot like the TV show Lost, people are obsessed with the minutia and we'll never get the whole answer

They've also been to an English town called Penistone. That's where the Top Gear Penistone Engineering Workshop was located on the episode where they converted a van into a hovercraft. But the sign was on a gate, and when the gate was opened half the words were on one side. So it read "Top Penis Engine Work".

And when they did the 24-hour race at Silverstone, they had Peniston Oils on one side, and Larsen Biscuits on the other.

When they opened the doors, you had Penis on one and Arse on the other.
