Having nabbed 2 axis commanders already the remaining enlisted have been able to use knowledge gained from interrogation to glean information as to the identities of the other culprits.

Upon searching TWC's foot locker the following was discovered:

Bottle of sake
17 cameras (and film)
a signed picture of Tokyo Rose

This was more than enough evidence to take him out
