I had four Diamonds, AC, KC, and no Hearts. I was thrilled when you bid 8 Diamonds.

But when you trumped my AC I was seriously worried.

The widow had 3 clubs, the 5D and 10S. So tossed a low heart, the lowest spade (9S), and the three clubs (including the Q), leaving me with AS-KS-QS-10S, AH, and five trump but only JD and KD as 2nd and 5th best and thinking I was in trouble.
