I hate patiently waiting for a girl to get over her own insecurities. Such a PITA.

Don't be selfish. Fulfill two of her needs to one of yours.

From my experience people rarely get over their insecurities so either learn to live with it or move on.Rylan wrote:I hate patiently waiting for a girl to get over her own insecurities. Such a PITA.

Re: Rylan's Thread of Personal Committed Relationships
I agree. She's just being indecisive on how she wants to go forward. So I am being patient for a little bit until either I get bored or she finally gives a straight answer. I would much rather the straight answer now though lol.Factorial wrote:From my experience people rarely get over their insecurities so either learn to live with it or move on.Rylan wrote:I hate patiently waiting for a girl to get over her own insecurities. Pull a randall... Just text her and tell her it's okay to say no, you just want an answer. Worked well for him.

I just booked a room for our 1 year anniversary this fall. But it feels like just yesterday we got married.

We are planning our 20th anniversary trip- either New Orleans or Newport for one of the jazz festivals. Today, we're just going out to dinner.

May I suggest New Orleans if the budget fits. New Orleans on its own is an awesome place to be for a few days. Going there for a jazz festival is an added bonus.PghSkins wrote:Time flies, enjoy every minute!count2infinity wrote:I just booked a room for our 1 year anniversary this fall. When the word "Committed" was added to the thread title, all interest was lost.

Re: Rylan's Thread of Personal Committed Relationships
Went on an awesome date last night. Laughed and talked for 3 hours and the night ended with me trying to kiss her on the cheek. She grabbed my head and made sure i kissed her on the lips.
So... 24 hours later she texts me and says, "Sorry, your a great guy but i just wouldn't work out." 2nd time this has happend. Guess an amazing 1st date means jack ****...
