Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Actually, when I looked at your roster it's no wonder you're 2 time? 3 time? defending champ. I'm guessing the H2H format is category specific and you have the 4 goalie categories on lock down. All you need to do is build your skaters to take at least 2 (3 for insurance) of those categories and it's game over.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
I have a question on someone I thought should be available but after double checking I found them listed as a non-expired rookie. Alex Stalock played in 24, started 18 last season. Shouldn't he have expired? I thought it was 10 starts for goalies? Might be too late now but wanted clarification before moving elsewhere.

Nooooooooooooooo I was going to draft him. I see no reason for him to not be available. Yeah I missed him because I didn't have him marked as a goalie. I would ahve felt bad if I selected him since I was tryign to keep track of that. So its good you came up with this.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
If this is the case, I would argue that I would have taken him last pick since he was on my sheet but realized I had him already as a rookie keeper. I didn't check into the status of the players since I was new and just went with the information given to me.
If he doesn't fall into the rookie keeper category I was told, then I would like the opportunity to sub him in for my last pick.

Yeah I just double checked. LITT has an expired Matt Hackett as well. I assume its not a big deal to him or anyone else if we remove him from his rookie list at this point.

I think we should go with "if you want to exchange eriksson for him you can" with the caveat that we not go back and redo the rest of the draft. It doesn't really matter to me if we want to go back and redo it though. You didn't know how bad our record keeping was to know tht you had to double check everything.

I'm good with exchanging the pick out. I don't think the rest of us want to re-do our last picks.Idoit40fans wrote:I think we should go with "if you want to exchange eriksson for him you can" with the caveat that we not go back and redo the rest of the draft. I'll confess, I didn't double check any of the rookie eligibility information I was given. I will take a look tomorrow morning before I make my pick.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
So, we are switching out Eriksson for Stalock for Beveridge's last pick, right?

I changed the pick in the picks thread main post, and in the google doc. Can you edit your pick post in the draft thread with the change?Beveridge wrote:That is my request on the matter, yes.

I would have taken him again out of principal but guess I don't have to now.

I was torn between him and a few others. I like his upside, especially since it sounds like he is going to replace Iginla on the top line.Beveridge wrote:I would have taken him again out of principal but guess I don't have to now.

I would have let someone else take Kapanen if not for his injury.

also i assume this means you think you will have another year of rookie eligibility based on missing time due to injury?Idoit40fans wrote:I would have let someone else take Kapanen if not for his injury.

I'm pretty sure this was the first time I've ever drafted a Penguin by the way.
