This is part of the reason I think you're red. Why just go along with me because I'm your partner? I could be red, for all you know. But you'll just go along because. Doesn't make sense.

Re: ***Clue Warz (part 2 apparently) Game Thread***
Shouldn't you two have hashed this out in your PM conversations instead?
Like, shouldn't you guys have come to some sort of agreement on who to vote for based on your discussions?

Why would I want to hide my distrust of the person I'm paired with?

I suppose maybe MWB was hoping for a case against TEIB that would convince others as well (or be shot down by others as well).

So that regardless of the outcome you can always claim that it wasn't your fault.MWB wrote:Why would I want to hide my distrust of the person I'm paired with?

I was speaking more towards the fact you're supposed to come to an agreement on who to vote for, but you seem oddly annoyed that dodint voted for me (who I assume you guys discussed voting for). There's a disconnect there, I think.MWB wrote:Why would I want to hide my distrust of the person I'm paired with?

It's probably nothing but just struck me as odd in the grand scheme of things.

Re: ***Clue Warz (part 2 apparently) Game Thread***
I gave MWB a list of three names and said I'm fine with a vote on them, he picked one and I voted the same. I don't understand the confusion unless it's manufactured. MR25 wasn't my first choice but I don't have any real reason to stand up for him. I told you I think he's trying to dial himself back and that probably looks bad because he's usually a lunatic and it'll take a few games for his new style to jive with the village.
If I felt strongly about X person I wouldn't vote with you, but it's a game and that's the mechanism this Day, so I'm going with it without any real evidence for anyone else.
I hope teib is red in the end.

Going into today, Dodint and mr25 were most suspicious to me. That didn't change when I got paired with Dodint. I'm not upset that he voted with me, I just don't get the general vibe of trusting your partner, which many seem to be doing.

my trust in ulf is just that i don't think someone would come in late to the game with a role... of course, it helps that we have similar thoughts on the game apparently.

Well, we are kind of stuck with our partners for the time being. The only way this day phase can move forward is if people cooperate with each other or we sit here and complain about it until the deadline...

I do agree it would be ok to trust ulf.
And Dodint didn't give me a list of three.

You sent me one and I said "ok, and here is two more I like, go vote for one and I'll do the same." That's splitting a fine hair MWB.

We did vote. Sorry, guess I shouldn't have said anything. Seems to just cause problems.MRandall25 wrote:Well, we are kind of stuck with our partners for the time being. Assume at this point we're shouting at each other in the hallway. Because we are.

Right, which seemed odd. You asked who i like and said we should try to get a vote in since no one had voted yet. You then said you'd go with who I pivked, I assumed thinking I'd pick who I said. That seems like a red move to me.dodint wrote:You sent me one and I said "ok, and here is two more I like, go vote for one and I'll do the same." That's splitting a fine hair MWB.

Then I'm not really sure what exactly your complaint was about.MWB wrote:We did vote. Sorry, guess I shouldn't have said anything. There needs to be some level of trust, otherwise there's no way we'd be able to come to a consensus. Other than that, I don't really see where you're getting the whole "too much trust" thing.

Re: ***Clue Warz (part 2 apparently) Game Thread***
I'm a bad Warz player. I'm awful at reading other people and their motives. Basically I was taking the chance you weren't red and hoping you had better sense than me. But you said you didn't have any strong feelings so I just went with the crapshoot.MWB wrote:Right, which seemed odd. 4pm is the worst time for a deadline for me today. I have appointments at 3 and 4 and we (SDD and I) still haven't hammered out a plan
